I'm a Full-Stack developer based in Stuttgart.I love to code with Javascript, React, Vue, PHP, Laravel and much more!
I didn't go the traditional route like most developers. I actually hold a masters degree in economics and worked in the field for quite some time. However, in May 2019 I fell for a Udemy marketing trap and purchased a course on HTML and CSS. I was hooked immediately and never looked back. In fact, I have been so obsessed with coding since then that after one year I was ready to take my first job as a Junior Web developer. I progressed quickly there and got promoted to be a Web Developer (no Junior anymore) after 9 months. Currently, I'm a Tech-Lead for multiple projets in that same company. My daily business is to architect new features, specify tickets other team members, do code reviews and depoyments and do a lot of customer communication. And I do a lot of coding myself, of course 😊. My passion for coding does not stop after work. In my free time I work on Feedbeggar or learn new technologies.
This is a Starter-Kit for Full-Stack applications with NextJS on the frontend and Laravel as the API. It glues the frontend and backend together smoothly and sets up a bunch of things out of the box that would normally take a couple of days to set up. It has more than 100 stars and over 30 forks on GitHub, which I am very proud of!
Visit projectWith Feedbeggar, collecting feedback from your website becomes a breeze. After signing up, you get a link that you can embed on your website. Afterwards, a small widget will appear on your website that lets users submit feedback. You can then organise your feedback on the Feedbeggar dashboard and even create GitHub issues from it. You can invite team members to work collaboratively and also enable Slack notifications.
Visit projectI just love to code and build stuff from the ground up. As you can see, I've already tried out a lot of different technologies. I can't really say which Tech-Stack I like the most since they all have their pros and cons. I have often used NextJS on the frontend with a Laravel API, but lately I started to work on some projects using an Express backend with TypeScript. I generally fell in love with strictly typed languages, which is why I've picked up TypeScript and a little bit of Java. Who knows, maybe I'll even build a Spring application some day 😉.
Questions, feedback or something else? I'm looking forward to your message.
